Chipotle Cocoa Rub
 
Reminiscent of a classic Mexican mole sauce, this rub is spicy, rich & definitely yummy. Not only is it a great addition to BBQ dishes, it is also a delicious addition to pulled pork, taco salad, refried beans, vegetable dips and much more.
 
Ingredients: raw brown sugar, Himalayan rock salt, chipotle powder, cocoa powder, Hungarian paprika, cumin, mustard seed, ancho pod, ground black pepper, cinnamon.
